I feel lousy now after lesson.

Today was such a happening day!

Morning's mass went well. The loft almost exploded with close to 50 singers but everyone was having an enjoyable time, including me. hah

Took an afternoon nap and then went to school to practice, after which ping and mag sorta had an 'impromptu' self invitation to my school. lol. it was pleasant but a little weird seeing them in my practice room. but anyway. the worse was yet to come. we got lock-in! hah! we stayed till close to midnight and the main door was locked! even my pass could not access the lift. so had to call adams to help open the door. but... miraculously the lift suddenly went up to the 4th floor after 5 mins so we managed to get out of the building. arh. complicated. haha

Supper at gluttons bay was good. At the end of it all it seemed like we were drunk from access food, singing all the way to the car park. lol..

Then we paid a visit to ping's 28 hamsters at 3am in the morning at her place. they were all wide awake. the moment i saw them i burst out laughing. never seen SO many hamsters in my whole life. not even in shops. jeez... they look like really BIG ants scurrying around.

I think im gonna be down with flu and cough.

Started coughing yesterday and this morning it got worse.

I quickly took some medicine and now its slightly better.

I have a performance coming up! I can't afford to get sick man. Jeez....

Everyones catching the bug recently. More Vit Cs for me!

Today the newbies who have just joined my choir came strolling in one by one, and by rehearsal time there were 17 new members. SEVENTEEN! oh my son.

When i walked into the rehearsal studio i thought i walked into some rally. SO many people! so many new faces! Jeez... Well, its a healthy 'problem' i have to fix, because obviously the rehearsal room is getting way to small.

I don't know how i am going to cope next year. With two additional choirs, and with my piano practice hours increased, writing a musical, more modules in school, final recital etc etc, somethings gotta go! Lets set priorities right from start. I have to.

I'm down with a slight sorethroat and was feeling a little feverish today.

Had the nafa marketing publicity photoshoot this morning and it lasted for five whole hours. Jeez... i loved the outfits they gave me. A springfield long sleeve white-light-greened shirt together with CK jacket, springfield berms and this really artsy pair of white shoes. i had to jump like a hundred over times for them to catch a good shot of me in mid-air. arhg... that was hell tiring. its definitely the most tiring of all the shoots i've had. there were other shots also. it was fun... as usual. hah.

Practiced in the evening but after less than an hour i couldn't go on because i was just too exhausted and was feeling really quite sick. So i slept until 11pm.

Time to sleep again. Tomorrow's a long day.

My Seraphim Choir celebrated my ord party for me yesterday (Sunday). Really touched and we had so much fun playing bingo and stuffs like that! hah... they're truly a great choir. my favourite definitely =) (... missing melissa)

School's never been better, with great friends and a great learning environment, (at least most of the time) its definitely THE best year that i have had in all my four years at NAFA.

Went to mad jack's with aud and willie for dinner today and man the food was truly quite filling. ok we ordered A LOt. hah...

Gonna practice tomorrow morning and teach choir in the afternoon. And at night its meeting bestie. yeah man.

Today saw this girl in the bus. Jeez i couldn't take my eyes of her. She wore this bright red dress which was exposing her low cleavage. oH man... haha

Anyway gotta scoot now. Its 252am. Argh. Needa learn from some ppl how they can slp before midnight! hah..

Halloween at the Night Safari with Lee, Mag and Ping was simply fantastic!

They should get an international award for this.

After that went for supper at Bukit Timah.

Man... i want more.

In school now, touched the piano a bit but decided to come to the common room because i don't really have any mood to practice.

Supposed to be at the Night Safari at this time.

Man, all my animals....

Had quite a long day today.

Woke up and 11am and had this feeling that something was amiss. Then, as i was having my breakfast while looking at lee's photoshoot pictures on shine's website, i suddenly remembered.... oh my goodness... i have a shoot today!!!!

So i rushed to get changed and in 5 mins i was out of the house. by the time i reached, the dresser, stylist and managers were all waiting for me! oh man... how embarrassing! sigh

The next shoot, the most important one, is next thursday. This time i set 5 alarms on my phone so i dont miss or forget about it!

Practiced the whole afternoon, then had to teach choir in the evening.

Arh, what a fruitful day.

Just watch it.

Watched Max Payne the movie today.

Started temasek choir today after their exam break. Was a good session and covered a few concert pieces with them.

After that met lee for dinner and drinks.

Arh, great day man.

Went out with Aud, Xu Lian, Willie and angie to Ikea yesterday for late lunch after our lessons. Practising has become quite crazy recently with recitals around the corner.

Today was Toh Chai's Sang Nila performance. Think we sang quite similar to rehearsal. At least no one got lost. There's still much to talk about when it comes to the singing though.. but thats another story for another time.

Lets just say, it was simply, GREAT seeing Den'04 again...

Still a little shocked and pondering over some facts from others which don't seem to make any sense. But well, I'm living my life and thats all that matters.

Joan played fantastically.

Watched the performance of Mendelssohn's concerto for 2 pianos and orchestra by Malaysian Philharmonic. They're simply fantastic. Their Brahms is... omg! Amazing.

Will be performing in concert in KL on 30th Nov!

I can't wait!

Misssssing you guys already man

I enlisted on the 10th of October 2006 and now, after 2 years, my full time national service has finally come to an end. Man, how time flies.

Despite what many have said about National Service- about the horrors and nightmares that it could bring, i am fortunate not to suffer that fate.

In fact in the past 2 years have brought some of the best times of my life. I did well serving the force, got awarded the best trainee during bmt, did even better serving the spf band as composer and choral instructor, won many awards in these 2 years, gained important experience that has been so essential to my personal growth, made a great friend whom i will never forget, and most importantly, it made me think about my future, my life, what i want to be, and how i want to spend the rest of my life.

For me, its just the start of an unforgettable end.
