today was the last of the written papers for the exams. and also had the practical examinations for ethnomusicology today. am really gonna miss all of my classmates man.. after today its very likely we won't be seeing each other again for a really long time! sigh...

after the music history exams i made anouncements for our seniors prom nite... its driving me crazy organising it! haha. but i think everyone is looking forward to it.. including me. =)) things are really looking ''so far so gd.'' must also thank those ppl who kindly volunteered to help me... ppl like min yu, may, dot, yinsher, lifeng etc etc. you guys are really great man. =))

had our gradutation photo taking session after the exams. it was really fun!!! hahaha.. all the pianists, brass players, singers, wind players, percussionists, composers etc etc from our class gathered at the foyer for our photo taking session. man i am gonna miss these days.

i still remember the times in diploma access course when all of us were still kiddies and little munchkins just waiting to be spoon fed all our little musical stuffs. with angel still whining, faith with her black stuffies.. hahaha... thet twins like lil kiddies, sebas with those dyed hair, etc etc... in year one and two new faces were seen however with still people moving in and out of the school.. everything was just mess and stress. but in the midst of all the confusion i must admit that the school has really developed us into true musicians. now... everyones turn into full blown musicians with such a world and variety of gifts and talents! its amazing how time really flies and develops us into such wonderful musicians.

theres the exam week ahead! jeez.. after the 4th of may i must REALLy have a break man. seriously. hah.. lifes so stressed now!

acc. joseph yesterday to go shop for his stuffs.. and jeez he bought 150 bucks worth of chocs man. how FATTENING is that man.. haha.. but nah its for his army mates. well, they say lifes like a box of chocs. ;)

and then today went to school to do some work and also ran up and down school settling some admin stuff. after that went with her for lunch, then went to her house. it was beautiful. i love her grand!!! and i played for her the song. felt nice =)))))) hah. alright after that went to watch below 8 with her. the shows a great show. very moving also. makes me wanna have a sled dog. hah..

waited for her and after sch we sat at the bus stop as usual, talking. missing TENS of buses.. and there was this really perculiar thing which happened.. so decided to send her home by cab. so much for the two hours of so called bus-stop waiting. hahahhaa..

tomorrow the tuners are coming to give a first tuning for my new piano. so hafta turn in soon man. ciao!

It was Haig Girls' SYF Choir competition today. Got there early to prepare and warm up and all.. they sounded great during rehearsal. although they sing much better than many other choirs, they unfortunately did not perform as well as i expected during the competition itself. Well, they still of course had a medal and they did try their best! =)) They really looked so cute in their outfits and make up! haha... gonna miss them so much when i go for ns.

Finally.. its our grad night man! hah.. dont think the date is confirmed though. waiting for the main response of the level. but if all goes well, theres it!

Today had a busy day preparing for exams and practising plus doing my techy stuffs. jeez i think i times like this are considered the point and climax of STRESS!!! So, i decided to take a break a night and joined my friends at Zouk. ITS MAmBo NighT!!! wooohoo!~

Met ky, russ and kim at the guard house and then we took a cab down to Zouk to meet the rest of the guys. Actually kys leaving for aust this friday thats why the whole group of us decided to party with her one last time. sighs man.. without her the craziness among us is reduced to half!

Met Kel, Joseph and Nicholas there and since it was mambo night/ladies night, the ladies gotta go in for free. hah..

Sipped on alcohol and drinks and we danced and danced. hahaha.. was damn fun..(erm although someone was smsing me asking me if im alright and dont get back so late blah .. hahhhaa so sweet. ;p)

Didnt realise that russ kel and jo are really fun dance peeps man. going crazy with every fav song. hah. and ky was gone within the first hour. she drank so much she kept dancing so vigorously (but in a cute manner ;p) "out of our circle" and we guys including kim had to keep pulling her back. haahhaha! we're gonna miss her man! jeez..

Finally.. a night where i got to relax and just let everything go. Cant wait for life after my exams. But theres still the comps. hah..

and oh yea my new piano came today. love it! ;)

today was my last day at St josephs convent choir. just before their exams end and by the time they end their papers i should be in ns already.

really had lots of fun with SJC choir all these while.. and would like to thank all of you girls for being such a fun and joyful bunch to teach and work with, although i must say youre the NOISIEST of the lot! hahahhaa.. but anyhows, you still have your specialties. =))

somehow i really feel so connected to all of them... well, just want to wish all of you the best in your studies! and hope you'll go on to lead extra ordinary lives!!

The Music Is In You

I dont have space to put my new piano.. and everyones really confused on where to put it. hahaha.. my family i mean. so now i guess i hafta change rooms with my sis.. her rooms so much bigger than mine. jeez all these is giving me a headache!

today was the last day of chamber choir rehearsals, and it was my conducting exam, so i had to conduct the choir with the piece as torrants in summer. i think i did a reasonably good job, considering i did not really prepare for it. hahaha...

today also went down to temasek choir for the last time. it was my last session today. because im leaving for NS very soon. ''serve the nation!''

was extremely touched when i received close to 80 letters all in one box at the end of the choir practice when i was about to dismiss them. they even gave me three cheers and truthfully, i was so emotional i almost felt like tearing. but of course.. you know i always hold back my tears in front of my students .. hahaha..



just want to say THANK YOU TEMASEK CHORALE- FOR ALL THESE 4 YEARS OF GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH YOU. Guiding you all from a bronze choir to a gold choir and teaching/experiencing new and fun stuffs in music with you all every rehearsal has been the utmost joy and happiness that ive had with any choir.

reading all the letters now.. really really touched man i must say.. really touched.. ;( but i know i will definitely see all of them one day. =))

went to goh toh chai's choral music launch today in the evening after tms choir rehearsal. the pieces were really nice and interesting, some written by his students. i really enjoyed the sing along session where everyone was just singing along (although i didnt know what on earth i was singing and i just went "lah lah lah!") hah..

after that sent her home and we chatted at the bus stop for almost 2 hours. 11 "no.67" buses came by.. hahahaah.. felt like we were watching the world go by.. it was nice... =))

gonna miss tms a lot.. take care you all!

its a saturday afternoon, and the last time i remember having a nap on my bed was on thursday night. thats the last time i slept. hah..

last night went with charmaine, feng and shihua to mind cafe. its this really cool games cafe at waterloo street.. or somewhere near there where they have fantastic games; some of which i have not seen before!





we had so much of fun laughing and screaming and all.. jeez.. it was fun... hope to do that more often man. hahaha..


after that went home and found my parents and relatives playing mahjong! then after i had a bath and was preparing to turn in, my dad asked me to take over his seat! hahahah.. so i had to.. and we played and played till 6 am in the morning! hahaha and then went to the market to have breakfast.. and now im doing my work and blogging. its crazy! i guess i need some slp now!
